Return + Refund Policy
All sales are final unless item has undisclosed damage that the shop was unaware of. Each item is carefully curated and inspected but mistakes do happen. Keep in mind all items are in pre-loved condition. We do launder every piece with scent free detergent and hang dry them once received before being added the shop.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will try to correct it to the best of our abilities.
Shipping is available across Canada and the US
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and will be sent through Canada Post.
Shipping rates for parcels fluctuate based on fuel surcharges set by Canada post. expect shipping rates ranging from $15-30.
Please contact Canada Post for any lost or damaged packages.
Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is only available for residents in Winnipeg, Manitoba pickup is in either the North End off Mcgregor preferably within max 2 weeks.
All pickups are scheduled by appointment only, pickups are usually ready in 2 days. you will chose a pickup day and time at checkout. when your order is ready, you will be contacted via email or phone # and provided the address for contactless pickup.
If your pickup time no longer works for you, please contact us via email or Instagram with your order to reschedule.
If the local pickup option is selected at checkout and you are unable to pickup, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of their order.
Clothes are left at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
